Selling your property

Marbella Property Shop have taken the guesswork and avarice out of the mix when it comes to offering a property for sale. We do not accept to market any property solely based on what the owner wants to make on it, as that will only see the property over looked when we are preparing a selection of homes for a potential buyer to view. Even worse, the property could be used as a tool by other agents in order to allow buyers to see that much better value lies elsewhere. The best strategy is to get the for sale price correct and so generate viewing momentum much sooner.

Prior to listing a property we at all times consider the important factors that can affect genuine interest from buyers being generated or not. The base to start with is the current price per metre squared in the area, recent selling prices of similar property in the area, demand for this type of property, the situation and surroundings of the specific property, the condition and presentation of the property in question and the present dynamics of the market.

Using the above, we can create time and again win situations that see a seller secure a sale with a reasonable profit, buyers being pleased at finding their ideal property at the right price and the team at MPS being pleased at a job well done.

The above requires reasonably minded sellers who are keen to see a buyer found as soon as possible, rather than placing their property on the market at an unrealistic price and hoping that one day it will sell.

Our property portfolio is marketed via leading web portals, U.K. property and investment partners, collaborating agents here on the Costa del Sol and via our ongoing media campaigns.
